February 24, 2010, in Jinan Municipal Science and Technology Awards meeting and Creating National Innovation-Oriented City lunch meeting, Dr. Jing Xinhai, Chairman and CEO of CVIC Software Engineering Co., Ltd. won the highest Science and Technology Award of Jinan, in order to honoring his outstanding contributions on software technology innovation and software industrialization promotion.

Dr. Jing Xinhai has been engaged in computer and software middleware technology research and development work for a long time.
