March 18, 2011, National CHI middleware (Core electric devices, High-end general purpose chips and Infrastructural software products) was reported on the CCTV news as the important technology result of the eleventh China five years plan, and CTO of CVIC SE Mr Liu Jiangning was interviewed by the CCTV. CCTV appraised the CHI middleware is the heart of national software development, and we can do what we want in the software industry based on the “CHI”middleware.

CHI program is the national innovation mission concerning building a standard system (compatible with international standards), core technology research, product realization and industrialization of China’s middleware.
