Mr. Xianghong Zhang, Vice direcitor of China Electronic and Industy Development Research Institute, Mr. Kunshan Hu, Vice chairman of China Software Industry Association, and other VIPs
 attended the meeting. Mr. Xianghong Zhang gave a address and said‘ in the future 5 years there will be a very big opportunity for China software industry, and the development speed will
 be above 17%, and the cooperation between across straits will help to realize the goal.’ 

Secretary of Kunshan municipal party committee gave a address and said ‘Kunshan is the most active continental of Taiwan investment,. As one of the across straites cooperation platform, 
Kunshan Software Part has attracted more than 187 projects including, CVIC SE and Shanghai Pudong Software etc, and became the "national torch plan software industry base". Kunshan
 government will fully support construction of software park and development of local enterprises, and try to strengthen the cooperation across the Taiwan Straits and to complementary 
advantages and realize a win-win situation.　

In the meeting Kunshan Software Park, CVIC SE Kunshan and 5 software enterprises from Taiwan signed the cooperation agreement. And agree to start the cooperation in the area of
 Intelligent transportation, Intelligent education, Intelligent medical, Intelligent agriculture, Intelligent city security, and cloud computing
