DTS (Deal Tracking System) is a MIS application based on B/S architecture, which the end customer intends to use to effectively help their private equity groups to capture and track deals they acquire for potential investments.

Functionality in the system is an extension of the formerly built system. The objectives are to add functionality to capture deal executions, ability to capture dead deal notes, allow for ad-hoc reporting, advanced administrative functionality, resource allocation, resource allocation reports, refinement of the existing deal search screen, NAPE & global reports and add credit committee history functionality. The proposed comprehensive solution will significantly enhance the functionality provided in the former system and allow for resource allocation and tracking.
