Jiangxi Expressway Non-cash Payment and ETC System Project contracted by CVICSE, is aiming at reconstructing and upgrading its old software and hardware systems, which involves 1 provincial general information management center, 13 information management sub-centers, 105 toll stations and 768 manual toll lanes totally about 1770km. In addition, the project is also designed to perfect Jiangxi expressway non-cash payment information system and All-in-One Card service system, building Non-cash Payment Settlement Center, RFID and All-in-One Card management system, and software system for 13 POS terminals.

Although the project construction period is limited as short as 3.5 months, CVICSE completes it successfully on time by its perfect management capability, powerful software development capability, rich experience in expressway industry solution, excellent team work ability and a feasible project implementation plan.

In order to integrating equipments of different brands and types, with the ability of strict testing and quick construction, CVICSE develops the toll collection system quite suitable for complicated Jiangxi expressway hardware system environment. And more important, CVICSE has set a precedent of achieving seamless switch at a time between the new and the old toll systems for nearly 2000km expressway in China.

The project has been the first expressway non-cash payment settlement system project of time-shortest and consisting with the national standards in China.

November 2008, CVICSE was selected as the general contractor for the second stage project of Jiangxi Expressway Non-cash Payment and ETC System. The project range includes building software and hardware systems for 24 ETC toll lanes and 3 POS business outlets, in which there are 16 ETC toll lanes accessed to Yangtze Delta Area Expressway ETC Network System Model Project.
