Shandong & Oversea Doctors Innovation Week" was open
in Qingdao on April 26. The Shandong Provincial Government
sponsored the meeting for the purpose of attracting more outstanding
experts from abroad to Shandong province. 144 oversea students
and personnel from 20 countries attended the meeting and brought
with them 174 cooperative projects, which were related to
information technology, e-communication, biology, medicine,
and environment protection.
CVIC SE, Hisense and three other companies
from Shandong Province reached agreement with the Overseas
Personnel Innovation Accelerating Committee to establish
an Overseas Innovation Base. According to the agreement,
Personnel from CVIC SE and abroad should regularly inform
each other of the latest development and research news at
home and abroad. If necessary, CVIC SE would introduce some
advanced technology developed by foreign personnel into
software development and system integration. Oversea experts
were expected to take their opportunities to assist CVIC
SE in achieving a rapid growth in international business.
At present, CVIC SE has successful cooperation's with the
University of Regina in Canada and has built branches in
Australia, Canada, and America. The overseas innovation
base would greatly improve CVIC SE's software development
strength and accelerate its internationalization process.
