Mr. Adesh Lectures at CVIC SE

A five-day training program for over 30 senior managers was held in CVIC SE from August 8th to 12th. Mr. Adesh Jain, Vice-Chairman of the International Project Management Association, gave a series of lectures about modern project management.

Mr. Adesh, a famous PM expert, mainly introduced the PM body of knowledge, important PM principles, and PM practices of the past five years. During the training, Mr. Jing Xinhai, president and CEO of CVIC SE, analyzed practical cases, and pointed out the conditions and disadvantages of CVIC SE's PM implementation. Mr. Jing stressed, "Project management is of vital importance for corporation future growth. In the second half this year, CVIC SE will extend PM to nearly all software development and system integration projects, and endeavor to improve project success rate and customer satisfaction."
