CVIC SE's high-level management team is composed of Mr. Jing Xinhai, chairman and CEO, Mr. Xu Shaotong, general manager, Ms. Cheng Jianping, executive vice general manager, and Mr. Sun Yinsheng, vice manager and general accountant. The team has over 10 years of cooperation since the early 1990s, and has successfully transformed CVIC SE into a leading software development company in China from a small workshop.

For years, CVIC SE has paid close attention to team construction, and has formed an excellent team of over 600 high-quality people. Talking about the team construction, Mr. Jing Xinhai said, "First of all, we have the same idea, and we put together all efforts toward achieving the goal in the past years. At the same time last year, Mr. Jing Xinhai, the president and CEO of CVIC SE, was selected as one of the top 10 software enterpreneurs in China for 2001.
