CVIC SE and Algrita Company U.S.A signed an intention to cooperate in business process outsourcing (BPO) on August 24, 2004. Algrita and CVIC SE are both interested in providing contact center support, technology and information access and support for other back office processes.

Mr. Liang Quan, CTO of CVIC SE and general manager of the Overseas Business Division and Mr.Giovanni Bohorquez, CEO of Algrita Company U.S.A signed the agreement. Mr. Jing Xinhai, Chairman of Board and CEO of CVIC SE; Ms. Karen Doolittle, Chairman of Algrita Company U.S.A; Mr. Paul Lin, the Director of CVIC SE; Ms. Shu Jianghong, the Executive Vice General Manager of Overseas Business Division and Mr. Wang Jiwu, the assistant manger of Overseas Business Division attended the signing ceremony.

Algrita is primarily engaged in distribution of IT relative products and service providing. The Los Angeles company will focus on establishing a Contact and Service Center in China aimed at the North American market.
