July 7, 2004 “The Project Management Seminar of Cooperation between Education and Industry for the Building of Applied Talents” was held in the Graduate school of the Chinese Academy of Science in Beijing. Mr. Jing Xinhai presented an excellent lecture on the subject of “Challenges and Solutions in Software Enterprise Project Management” and was honored as visiting professor by the Chinese Academy of Science.

Mr. Jing noted that this rapidly changing age has brought many problems to enterprise. Project management capability is increasingly measured by its competence in facing change. These challenges are best resolved with effective information and change management.

After the seminar, Mr. Jing and Mr. Lu Xiaopeng, vice president of the Graduate school at the Chinese Academy of Science signed an agreement to cooperate in building “The Foundation of Applied Talents Training” with CVIC SE.
