Local time 10:00 a.m. on March 3, 2005, CVIC SSE and Access Communication (Canada) (Access for short for) united together to hold an “Xpress PVR new product issue conference” and signed the Xpress PVR sales contract. Access is the 7th largest cable TV provider in Canada, which supplies Internet and wireless mobile phone services for users in Saskatchewan. According to the contract, CVIC SSE will provide Xpress PVR digital product to Access, and Access will take charge of selling Xpress PVR to their clients, other Canadian cable TV Companies and other distributors in North America.
