On May 19, a seminar was held at the Presidential Plaza Hotel in Beijing, where CVIC SE and Jacobson Beijing Software Co., Ltd., signed a cooperation agreement. Mr. Ding Wenwu, Vice Director of MII(Ministry of Information Industry), some leaders from S&T(Ministry of Science and Technology) and CSIA(China Software Industry Association), also, Mr. Jing Xinhai, Chairman of the Board and CEO of CVIC SE, Mr. Liang Quan, CTO and Vice President of CVIC SE, attended this seminar.

Jacobson Beijing Software Co., Ltd. is the first Chinese subsidiary company of Jacobson Software Co., Ltd. It will supply technological and practical training, consulting and scene tutorship services for the Chinese market. Dr. Ivar Jacobson, Chairman of the Board of Jacobson’s parent company, also a master of the internationally famous software engineering and modeling language UML, said that, “China owns a huge software market and world-known software development resources; it will definitely become a world software power. We hope to witness this great moment together with Chinese software figures.”

Mr. Jing Xinhai said, “When the software industry becomes large scale, the quality will stand out over all of the other factors. The cooperation with Jacobson will greatly improve and guarantee the quality of our software products.”
