The 19th World Congress of IPMA (International Project Management Association), which is held New Delhi on November 13 to 16, has lately awarded CVIC SE as IPMA Prize Winner. Thereby, CVIC SE became the first Chinese enterprise receiving this prize, which is also the top international honor that Chinese IT enterprises have ever achieved in project management.

IPMA World Congress is the highest yearly ceremony for the global project management academy and practices. It offers the best platform for all the participants to learn expertise from each other. The 19th congress held this year was supported by 36 associations and attracted 2,000 project management experts, scholars and multinational enterprise leaders coming from over 80 countries.

IPMA, which is alike PM's Oscar, is the top award in project management.This year 9 companies were nominated,including CVIC SE, Siemens,Volkswagen, etc., among which 3 are prize winners and 1 award winner.Siemens is prize winner as well. Dr. Jing Xinhai, CEO&President of CVIC SE, one of the top assessors of International Project Management Association, vice-director of China Project Management Institute made a speech named Opportunity, Challenge & Winning in the congress, in which he talked about the opportunities and challenges Chinese Software Companies faced as well as the experience CVIC SE has got in adopting the project management concepts. His speech won great applause from congress participants.

The prize conferred to CVIC SE has shown the recognition of CVIC SE's excellent performance in project management and highly approval from the IPMA. It will for certain promote the
internationalization of CVIC SE tremendously.
