Mr. Jing Xinhai, Chairman of the Board and CEO of CVIC SE, Ms. Liu Min, Vice General Manager of CVIC SE and Ms. Emma Shu, Manager of Overseas Business Division received the guests. The talk held later by CVIC SE, focused on software development skills, project management and business models related to Software Outsourcing, which is a common interest of both sides.

In May, 2005, Ivar Jacobson Software (Beijing) Co., Ltd., which is the first Chinese subsidiary company of Ivar Jacobson International Group., signed a cooperation agreement with CVIC SE in Beijing. They commit themselves to supply technological and practical training, consulting and scene tutorship services for the Chinese market. Meanwhile, Ivar Jacobson, UML master, CEO of Ivar Jacobson International Group., was engaged as an honorary consultant by CVIC SE.

After visiting and communicating with high level staff of CVIC SE, Ms. Barbara Dutton and Mr. Sheng Jiang gave high praise for our overall capability. Specifically, they were very impressed by our internal management methods, such as utilizing tools and building an efficient development and management process to guarantee the quality of software products.
