| On Feb.15, Dr. Frank-Jürgen Richter, CEO of Horasis-The Global Visions Community, visited CVIC SE along with one of this company's manager. Mr. Jing Xinhai, Chairman of the Board and CEO of CVIC SE, Ms. Liu Min and Mr. Xie Weihao, both Vice General Managers of CVIC SE and Ms. Shu Jianghong, Manager of Overseas Business Division show the guests around the Headquarter of CVC SE and had a meeting this morning.

Founded and led by Frank-Jürgen Richter, a world authority in nternational affairs and global business, Horasis provides a range of services to private and public clients who envisage growing into global and sustainable organizations.
This is the first time Dr. Frank-Jürgen Richter has visited CVIC SE. This initial contact and communication
between Horasis and CVIC SE is successfully ended in a friendly and delighted atmosphere. They're very surprised by seeing such a good software company-CVIC SE in Jinan of Shandong Province and also very admired CVIC SE very much for successfully accomplishing so many big projects nationwide under the leadership of Mr.Jing Xinhai. Especially, they offered sincere congratulations on our winning IPMA international project management award in 2005.
After the meeting, Dr. Frank-Jürgen Richter said that although geographical and cultural differences exists
between us, we still look forward to more communication and cooperation, such as IT outsoucing with CVIC SE.
