On May.11 and May 12, Mr. Chen, Shiang-Chung, General Manager, Mr. Zhang Jiaping, Vice Executive General Manager, Mr. Zhu Wenyuan, CTO, and Ms. Wang Zhenlan, Business Assistant of Mercuries Data Systems Ltd., along with some high level staff from its Nanjing and Beijng branches, paid a visit to CVIC SE in Jinan. Mr. Jing Xinhai, Chairman of the Board and CEO, Ms. Chen Jianping, Vice Chairman and Mr. Sun Yinsheng, General Manager of CVIC SE received these guests. Based on a win-win principle, both sides held friendly negotiations, and signed a Memorandum on business.

CVIC SE has had communications with Mercuries Data System many times before and the mutual understanding between the two sides has been grown continuously. Mercuries Data System learned more about CVIC SE by visiting, Mr. Chen said that the fast development of CVIC SE impressed them very much; they felt CVIC SE has emphasized value in its strategy and hope cooperation will continue between the two sides.

According to the Memorandum, both sides will start cooperating initially on middleware, card business and outsourcing, then some cooperation about terminal equipment sales and managing software enterprises is going to be started shortly. CVIC SE and Mercuries Data System planned to seek common interest and drive the market by integrating the two sides’ products and solutions.
