On May.23, Mr. Ivar Jacobson, master of UML, along with Mr. Steve Chen, the CEO of Ivar Jacobson Software Co., Ltd. made a technological exchange at the Jinan headquarter of CVIC SE.

Mr. Jacobson gave a speech, titled IBM Rational Software—Development Conforence 2006, to all engineers at CVIC SE. Mr. Steve Chen gave some advice on how CVIC SE can grow from good to great. After shortly reviewing the last meeting hold here, Mr. Chen emphasized health, finance and one team with great passion, which could be of some help for anyone’s enterprise development. And then, Mr. Chen analyzed some problems about IT companies, such as adjusting strategy, potentiality of development and flat word.

Mr. Jacobson analyzed where software development is going to, and brought the latest concepts about software development. He pointed out that any IT company should become more and more on-demand to be adaptable to it’s environment, and the IA(Intellectual Agent) will come into the main trend by providing help and simplifying the work for us to save more time.

At the end of this exchange, Mr. Jing Xihhai, Chairman of the Board and CEO of CVIC SE, expressed his appreciation to Mr. Ivar Jacobson and Mr. Steve Chen for coming and the speech.
