| The unveiling ceremony for the First Movement of China’s Electronic Industry Brands Ten Thousand Mile March and China’s First Valuable Electronic Enterprise Brands Press Conference were held in Qingdao, Shandong, on July 9. More than 300 guests, including officials from State Ministry of Commerce, State Ministry of Information Industry, State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and China Electronic Chamber of Commerce, representatives from Chinese middle-large scale electronic enterprises, famous branding management experts and reporters, took part in the ceremony. The ceremony was aiming at discussion about how to help China’s electronic enterprises build their brands and how to make their brands become well known and famous all over the world.
The list of China’s valuable Electronic Enterprise Brands was unveiled for the first time at this ceremony. CVIC SE won the title of China’s Most Valuable Electronic Enterprise Brand and was one of the top 10 Most Valuable Software & System Integration Enterprises in China.
China’s electronic enterprises brand value testing & assessment was performed by the China Electronic Chamber of Commerce, with the support and supervision of the State Ministry of Commerce and State Ministry of Information Industry. The whole process of testing & assessment was based on the most advanced international brand testing & assessment systems. Brand value of every tested enterprise actually showed its overall strength, brand effect and performance. This testing & assessment process was very strict, open and objective, and must go through the 3 testing phases of Network-Testing, General-Testing and Expert-Testing.
Mr. Wang Ning, the Vice Present of China Electronic Chamber of Commerce, emphasized that the First Movement of China’s Electronic Industry Brands Ten Thousand Mile March is to help China’s electronic enterprises to understand and make the best use of their brands’ value. “Firstly, every enterprise should know what its brand means and what its brand value is, so as to make its brand position right and solve problems effectively for its brand development,” Mr. Wang said. “Secondly, it will be very useful for Chinese government to start next a nationwide brand building plan through such strict brand value testing & assessment and analysis.”
