The 2007 Best Practices in Team Management Seminar co-organized by CVIC SE, Ivar Jacobson Software Co., Ltd., the Taiwan-based Mercuries Data Systems and the Chinese Software Develop Net (CSDN), was held successfully in Beijing last Thursday, May 10, 2007.

Many famous IT entrepreneurs and experts, including Dr. Jing Xinhai, President of CVIC SE, Ms. Cheng Jianping, Vice President of CVIC SE, Dr. Ivar Jacoboson of Ivar Jacobson Software Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang Jiaping, Executive Vice President of Mercuries Data Systems and Mr. Jiang Tao, CEO of CSDN, all took part in the seminar, aiming at making good discussions and exchanges on how to obtain the best practices of operating and managing large-scale software development teams.

At this seminar, Mr. Jing delivered his speech titled “The way to industrialized software production----Continuous Improvement and Best Practice” and also shared his ideas, experiences and practices with others, such as his idea that software production should become better, quicker and cheaper, which was acknowledged by all in attendance.
