2007 IBM Rational Software Development Conference, with the theme “Integration, Governance, Collaboration, Innovation”, was held successfully in Beijing on August 30th, 2007, the 8th time being hosted in China. The Chairman of CVIC SE Mr. Jing Xinhai was invited to the annual pageant and gave a wonderful speech.
