On Sept.21st , 2009, University of Regina President Dr. Vianne Timmons led a delegation to visit CVICSE. Chairman and CEO of CVICSE Mr. Jing Xinhai, Vice Chairman of CVICSE Ms. Cheng Jianping gave the guests friendly reception and warm welcome.

There were hold a friendly business talk after the guests visited CVICSE R&D base and Computer Center. CVICSE introduced its own 18-year innovative history, marketing competitiveness, sound management system and intellectual support system. CVICSE Chairman and CEO Mr. Jing Xinhai has studied in the University of Regina in Canada from 1982 to 1984. CVICSE has been keeping close relations with University of Regina to continuously strengthen mutual collaboration on software technologies and talents training for many years.

President Dr. Vianne Timmons gave CVICSE high praise for its outstanding achievements during the past 18 years, and showed her best wishes for keeping talents exchange plan between CVICSE and University of Regina. After the meeting, both sides exchanged presents to show the friendly relationship across international borders.
